Motorised Conservatory Blinds and Window Blinds

Blind Technique gives you the option of remote control motorisation for your conservatory blinds. Each blind has it's own Somfy motor which is discreetly housed in the headrail, and we give you the choice of which blinds you want to operate together, known as zoning. Additionally you can put your blinds on a timer to operate at a time preset and chosen by yourself, adding to your privacy, perceived security, and protecting your furniture and plants. Motorisation is particularly useful for roof blinds and blinds that are difficult to reach and/or operate.

The remote control is radio wave operated and so can be controlled from practically anywhere in your home. Having a remote control, similar to that of your television, means there are no wires between the motor and the controller, and you are able to operate your blinds from the comfort of your armchair.
